Basic Physical Description: Hes extremely lean, his body entirely composed of thin lines with gradually increasing sharp accents, curves mixed into the ends of his limbs and hips, and the crown of his helm. One could literally give him a jester apperance, for when upon landing to earth (near halloween) he was instantly brought on by the appearance of the costumes, taking them as the norm before realising his mistake.
On his head are three spikes, like the points of a jester hat, however they all slick back. These however, DO have a purpose, as one would probably not expect. The two on the sides are infact his audios, or partally his audios, and all three of them are like antenna, each one tipped with a small yellow orb that is quite sensitive to just about basically anything they could be sensitive too. His face is almost literally fused onto itself, expressions are difficult and all but impossible for him to form. His teeth are bared perminantly, up into a grin that is literally fixed into his face. (he cant not smile) And his optics are curved, adding to the smile like appearance.
His neck is concealed by a high colar, which is then followed emmediantly by exaggerated armor peices, again followed by sensor orbs. His chest is made up by diffrently shaped plates overlaying one another, followed by an extremely flexible middlesection. His hips are wide and flat, coming upwards to a sharp angle, which are attached to very much wide and round joints. In fact, all his joints are complete ball and socket joints, and they are all very large. This gives him a very wide range of motion, however at a price, easy to dislocate. He can do this and keep his limbs, but its painful and he dosent like it. not at all.
His armor coloring is rather strange, purple and white rings on his arms/legs, and diamond patterns on his waist. This actually has a purpose, believe it or not. When attacking, the diffrent colored rings on his limbs make them shift in and out of depth perseption, making them appear larger or smaller than they are, depending on the angle of sight by his enemy. Description or picture of alt. mode: [link] Accept it dosent have arms or spikes. Its actually smooth, the outer edges are white, with a purple interior. Top speed is about 140mph.

Personality: Put 'Alice in Wonderland', the Joker, a bit of a psycho, an lsd/acid trip, alot of blacklit trip fests, and a topping of insanity all in a blender and hit puree. Thats basically what he is. Half the time its impossible to fully comprehend what he's babbling about (heck, few even know if he knows what hes talking about), and the other half its a wild cackling that few can fully understand. Hes prone to almost insane movements, going from as still and silent as the dead, to jerking right in your face and or dancing.

History: Not to much is really known about him. Only that when he was sparked, something obviously didnt go quite as planned, a bump on the head perhapse something else giving him his more loony mental status. But like many others of the decepticon way he was sparked during the war for a purpouse and a single purpose alone. His purpose was to be a sneak, little slinky slidy thing to get into spaces where he wasnt supposed to do, maybe an assassination job or two, or pherhapse just being your snatch and grab sort of crook.
And oddly enough, it worked. However irritating he may have been to his superiors, there even was the idea (and completion of) putting him in the interrogation rooms to annoy the information out of his enemies. That was his life, and for the most part, it was boring. There was an instance however, upon a literal slip up that nocked his servos senceless for a moment, he was taken prisoner. But it was not long lasted, esally de-jointable limbs make slipping threw energy bars child's play, and was quickly out before the autobots knew it, and taking a full computerload of their valuable information with him. It was that escape that led to the massacre of the bace he was stuck at.
Life from then on was simple. Get an order, sneak a bit, slash a throat, sneak back out, rince, and repeat. Then when the orders came to launch off, following the allspark, he did. But...he got sidetracked, and ended up taking a small asteriod as his only company in space, claiming the small hunk of rock for himself and guarding it zealously from other intruding rocks. (its rumored that he's still got a hunk of that asterioid spacepocket'd) He landed on earth, particularally at the wrong time for him (or rather everyone else) and ended up taking up his old alt mode he retained, (having not fully gone into complete protoform mode, he had to guard his asteroid after all) but instead scanning in one of the first halloween costumes he saw, a joker. Taking that as his basic body shape.

Weapons: Melee 1: Hes got four juggling batons, in their normal state (see devpicture above) these can be used for your regular bash over your head weaponry. But to do so, they must connect, two fuse at the end, creating a pair of clubs for him to use. With a hard enough swing he can dent and impact light armor enough to crumple it. Doing most damage on faceplates/light areas. This weapon is more of a defensive though.
Melee 2: This one is also made from the batons, he fuses the now pair of clubs together (the butt of the handles on each conjoins and interlocks with another) creating a cross, then a bar conjoins them all in a circle. Which creates a gun sight like shape. Then spikes eject from the top of each baton head, and the circle ends up razor sharp. (all in all, it forms something like this [link] plz to be ignoring the nobody XD) This can slice up to light-medium armor, doing best damage to sensitive throat lines. These are used by simply hanging onto them and slashing, or literally throwing them, they return by a boomerang effect.
Firing: Well...he HAD it...it just dosent work any more. It used to be his right upper arm, a standard grade plasma rifle. 1 round per second. Able to fire off 10 before five to ten minutes of cooling time is needed. Damage to smaller bots only.
